How Much E-Liquid Is In A Single SOL Pod?
Each POD contains 2ml E-Liquid.
How many PODS does the replacement pack have?
There are 2 PODS in each pack. And each POD is 2ml so the total E-Juice in one pack is 4ml.
Is The Coil For SOL Pods Cotton or Ceramic?
The Coil for SOL is a specially designed Ceramic Coil to increase flavour for E-Juice.
What Is The Nicotine Level In SOL E-Liquids?

Why Do Sometimes I Get Liquid In My Mouth From The Pod?
The No. 1 reason for liquid coming in mouth is because of the battery is low for the device and when that happens the device is not passing enough current through the coil to vaporize the liquid. Here is a blog post dedicated to fixing this issue.
My SOL Device Is Not Charging, What Should I Do?
Please check with any other Mini USB cable. Sometimes the cable is not working and you can charge with any other mini USB cable you have.

How Long Does It Take To Ship?
All orders received before 4 pm Mountain Time are processed same day and sent out the same day as well. All orders after that are processed but go out the next day.
How Long Does The Shipping Time Take After It Has Been Shipped?
It takes 1 to 5 working days to reach your address depending upon your location. After it has been dropped to the Canada Post. Please note all orders received before 04:00 pm MST are dropped the same day to Canada Post. All orders received after that are dropped the next day.
