Refund, Cancellation and Warranty Policy

Refund Policy:

All sales are considered final and no refunds are issued once the order has been shipped out.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your order for a full refund if the order has not been processed yet and a shipping label has not been created for your order yet. Once the shipping label is created all orders are considered final.

Warranty Policy:

The SOL device comes with a 90 day warranty. Please contact us if you need to claim a warranty on your product with in this period. 

SOL product warranty covers only those claims arising from damage sustained despite normal and safe use, and does not cover:

  • Any malfunction or damage not resulting from workmanship.
  • Damage resulting from general neglect, or unsafe use or misuse, whether cognizant or accidental.

SOL PODS are not covered under this warranty.

 

Device Safety

It is the responsibility of the customer to take proper care of the device. The device has an internal lithium battery. So proper care is needed.

Please take extra precaution that the device does not get clogged with e-juice. This can result into the contacts getting fired unintentionally and may cause damage to the device and also the user.

Lithium batteries can result in fire if they are not used properly.

Maple Vape and SOL Canada will not be held responsible or liable for any injury, damage, or defect, permanent or temporary that may be caused by the improper use of a Li-ion (Lithium-ion), LiPo (Lithium-ion Polymer) and any rechargeable battery/batteries. Please have a basic understanding of the batteries you are using and how to care for them properly.
